Trafficable Louvers

SC aluminum louver, or trafficable louvers is an innovative product of two separate functions in one product. With all the benefits of sunscreen louvers, it also can be used as a trafficable platform for cleaning and maintenance of the exterior walls of the building.

Trafficable swaged aluminum louver is with the same process to swaged aluminum grating, just instead the bearing bars with louver blades. Trafficable aluminum louvers is consisted of sunscreen louvers and flat bars between every two blades, the flat bars make the trafficable sunscreens stronger to bear more weight. Trafficable swaged aluminum lovuer allows people to walk or stand on, as it is stronger and as the exist of bearing bars, the spacing between bearing bars and blades are narrow for stepping.

The types of the trafficable louver blade are the same as those of sunscreen louver blade, while serrated flat bars and plain flat bars are both available for trafficable louver bearing bars. Sizes for trafficable louvers are also according to customers' requirements, while the max length is 7500mm and max width is 1500mm.

As architectural louvers, trafficable sunscreens is mainly used at outside buildings, called exterior aluminum louvers or outdoor window louvers or outside louvers. As its characters combined sunscreen louvers and bearing bars, it is commonly applied in the building facade, not only for keeping sunshine from coming in the door, but also for people stepping to clean the window.
