Remove the column outlet end

At this time, if the column pressure still does not drop, only change the column inlet sieve plate, but once the operation is not very good, it is easy to cause column efficiency drop, so try to useless.
Solutions for baseline drift in HPLC columns
Generally speaking, when the machine is just started, the baseline is easy to drift, and the equilibration time is about half an hour. If you use a buffer solution or buffer salt, the equilibration time is relatively long at low wavelengths (220nm).
