Using polyamide 66 as the basic resin, the tensile strength of nylon 66 is obtained by blending and modifying with the addition of a toughening agent. The flexural strength, abrasion resistance and creep resistance of Nylon 66 are very outstanding.

Nylon 66 tensile strength is 12400 psi. Nylon has a wide range of applications, from clothing and ropes to the reinforcement of rubber materials (such as automobile tires) and the replacement of low-strength metals.

Typical Application of PA66 with high tensile strength (A2307X01)

20% elastomer toughened nylon 66 is used for injection molding. With nylon 66 tensile and yield strength, this type of nylon 66 material can be used to prepare parts such as gears, bushings, sliders and pistons, with good wear resistance.
