HL dredger product introduction:
(1) Dredger is self-propelled or non self-propelled
(2) Hull is box-like structure, is made up of several boxes, simple, rapid assembly and dismantling
(3) Dredger equipment include sideslip device, cutter up and down device, location spud device, deck crane, also be equipped with anchor boom and trolley devices to increase capacity
(4) Widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, port construction
(5) Main engine is an independent entertainment form, one main pump engine, one auxiliary hydraulic engine
(6) Dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box
(7) Alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger
Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn't working
(8) Hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine
(9) Shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor
(10) Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units
(11) Dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds
Spuds are lifted by the hydraulic cylinder
