Double Row Tapered Roller Bearing

The outer ring or inner ring of double-row tapered roller bearing is a whole unit. ZWA's double taper roller bearing can be divided into metric and imperial ones. For metric tapered roller bearings, ZWA, as a rollers manufacturer, will match the tolerance and dimension of spacers for the two single-row tapered roller bearings before delivery. For the imperial tapered roller bearings, it mainly contains TDI (one complete inner ring and two single outer rings, it's usually supply together with outer spacer)and TDO(one complete outer ring and two single inner rings)structure. The rotating precision of metric and imperial tapered roller bearings is different.

Bearings can be offered in different heat treatments. (S0-S4)

Standard bearings are rated up to 302o F.

Primarily supplied with either a steel cage or a machined brass cage.

Tapered bore is available. (K)

The lubrication grooves area is available on either the outside diameter (W33) or the inner ring & outer ring. (W513)

Bearings are manufactured in normal tolerance classes.
