Cy Copper Wire Braid Screen Control Cable
Copper wire braid screen control cable with overall braid(CY control cable) is mainly to prevent external interference to the cable itself and cable interference to other circuits. By using screen and screen layer grounding, it is an effective measure to suppress electromagnetic interference. Copper wire screen is divided into plain copper wire screen and tinned copper wire screen. CY control cables all have the very good anti-jamming ability. Tin-plated shielding is mainly used in contaminated and corroded sites.

Application Of Cy Copper Wire Braid Screen Control Cable
Flexible copper wire braid cables are a good choice for use as Data and signal Transmission systems especially in control, computer and machine tool applications. The overall screening counters external interference and guarantees the undisturbed transmission of pulses and signals.
The copper wire braid on cable helps to reduce electromagnetic interference; so this cable is widely used in sites where required to reduce interference signal and data transmission. The copper wire braid cable is also known as CY CABLE which following the standard of BS50525-2-11
If protected correctly electricians have found that CY can be useful in outdoor projects if it is equipped with some protected installation. However, it is recommended to use for indoor projects in dry or moist conditions.
