In 2013, PHNIX (GUANGZHOU) ELECTRIC CO., LTD. has introduced a new welding technology (The butt welding machine), which is different form the other normal type welding technology. With the help of this superior welding technology, when we could make the tank body and the seal be welded in the 100% matched position. And also provide 100% front and back gas protect. Through this kind of technique, our factory could product the water inner tank in a much high antirust level then other factory and also one of the reason that help us to earn many customer in Europe(like German, Poland, England, etc…) and also one of the biggest customer that cooperate with us the Japan Hitachi

Butt weldingis a new step technology for the hot water tanks welding, which can provide better anti-corrosion function. Traditional lap welding may cause crevices and weld oxide which will reduce the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

All manual welding machine of PHNIX (GUANGZHOU) ELECTRIC CO., LTD. are imported from Italy.

Solar Water Tank Quality Insurance

Leakage and life time testing

Leakage test is a necessary and basic production procedure of water tank products in PHNIX (GUANGZHOU) ELECTRIC CO., LTD., All the exchanger coil and the inner tank of water tank in our factory must have a leakage test before the product is finished to insure the absolute good sealing.

Life time testing, also named the fatigue test, to test the water tank product's service life time. Each kind of PHNIX water tanks or new product will have a life time test to know the product's service life, which will give customer a direct understanding of the water tank.

Salt spray test and metallographic analysis

Salt spray test is to test the water tank product in the environment of salt environmental conditions, making quality assessment by salt spray corrosion resistance, which insured accurate water tank products' corrosion resistance.

Metallographic analysis, is an experimental study on metallic materials, PHNIX use the analysis result to guarantee better welding techniques and methods.
