Usage of PTFE Molded Plate
Can be processed into the lining of chemical anti-corrosion equipment.
All kinds of reaction reactor tower section sealing material.
Anti-stick liner or conveyor belt.
Electrical insulation liner.
Dust removal equipment lining and friction coefficient material.
Bridge support sliding block material.
Feature of PTFE Molded Plate
Ptfe molded plate is characterized by its excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand a variety of acids, alkali, organic solvents and other chemical corrosion, moisture, water absorption, has good aging resistance.
At the same time, it has a very low friction coefficient, making it a self-lubricating material, can operate without lubrication, reduce energy loss, extend service life.
Ptfe molded plate also has high temperature tolerance, can withstand high temperatures of up to 260℃, without any deformation and fracture. This makes it very widely used in high temperature environment, such as in petroleum, chemical, electronic, food and other industries, can play its excellent performance.
