本设备主要用于卫浴行业中角阀、水嘴装配及腔体的密封性测试，采用气压压力检测测试方法。该产品能智能测试判断产品的密封性质量，测试参数及泄漏部位 均可以方便的读取。如测试产品不合格，可以直接在触摸屏上读取。 本产品测试方法简单，避免了以前老式直接水测方法所带来的水试之后需要擦试的不利影响。

This equipment is mainly used in the bathroom industry of the angle valve and tap assembly and the sealing test. It use air pressure testing methods. 1、高精密气密测试机HIGH PRECISSION LEAK TEST PART

●测试使用0.4--0.6Mpa的压缩空气，不用水，避免水对产品的污染和腐蚀，既环保又干净卫生，提高产品档次。

●测试时间：20-35秒/个（每工位）。

二、设备的测试原理及步骤equipment test method and process：

A、测试：0.6MPa高压 （气压可调节）test: 0.6Mpa high pressure (air pressure can be adjust)

B、测试要求test demand：

成品安装在夹具定位块上place final product on the clamp→ 腔体1进气（测试腔体1是否泄漏、同时检测腔体1、2之间隔强）cavity 1 air inlet (to test if cavity 1 have leakage, and test partition between 1 and 2 at the same time) →

合格qualified →（打开阀芯open spool）腔体1进气cavity 1 air inlet（检测腔体1、2是否泄漏test if cavity 1 or 2 have leakage）

1．把要测试的产品安装在夹具上place the product on the clamp：

一路则按下启动按钮1；the first working position press button 1

二路则按下启动按钮2；the second working position press button 2

………………..

2、测试机开始进气检测进水腔、进水与出水腔之间隔墙、自动打开阀芯开始检测整体。
